The challenging conversation

Challenging conversations are those conversations that often are avoided, for example with regard to insufficient completion of tasks, unappropriate behavior or feedback to new employees during their trial period. At the same time, the costs for the recruiting processes and introductory phases of new employees after a notice are immense. These costs can often be made unneccessary through clear and intentional converations in challenging situations. Our training program gives you specific tools as well as a safe space for practical exercises with feedback and coaching as well as for own reflections on what you did well and what you can improve.
